When and how does a session consultation take place?
Session consultations normally takes place once you book.The best way would be via text, so that we have a written trail of what we have discussed and so that we can both refer back to that conversation if need be.This is also the best way for us to share ideas and images.However of course if there are any questions that need to be answered in depth we can do that over that phone.
What days are sessions available?
Portrait sessions are ONLY available Tues-Thursday 10am-6pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am-3pm.All others time are only available for events.If you are booking a portrait session and see a time available on the calendar that doesn't fall between the hours of 10am-6pm Tuesday-Thursday or 10am-3pm on a Sat/Sun that means there are no others session times available for that day.Please choose another date.
When is the best time to take maternity pictures and do I need to bring an outfit?
Maternity sessions are best done between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy.
I have over 70 maternity wear available for use, however you are more than welcomed to bring your own outfit.Once you have booked and confirmed your session you can request a link to view the maternity outfit I have available.
At what age should my newborn be photographed?
The best time to photograph your newborn is between 5-14 days of age.After 2 weeks old babies typically do not sleep as soundly and aren’t as flexible.This makes getting those cute poses a bit more difficult.
Where are your sessions held?
Sessions are held in my studio.The studio is located in Mount Vernon,Ny 10550.Exact address will be sent to you via email.One you book.
How many digital images will I receive?
Depending on the package you choose, your package will include 10,15 0r 20 fully edited digital images (Except graduation, gender reveal & mini session packages).After your session I will comb through your images and select the best of the best.You will then receive a link to your online gallery within a week, where you will then choose your favorite digital images to be included in your package.I will then edit them.Additional images are available for purchase..I do not give unedited images.For more info please contact me.
How long will it take to get my edited images back?
Digital images will be ready in about 3 weeks from your session date.If you need images back earlier you have the option to expedite your images.
Can I bring my own MUA?
Unfortunately, I do not allow private make-up artists to work in the studio. If you wish to hire your own make-up artist, please have them do your hair and makeup in either their studio or your home before arriving to your shoot. If you want the option of having make up done here, you can contact our recommended artists. I will provide you with their contact information once you've booked a session with us!
Why is my retainer fee non-refundable?
Deposits/Retainer are non-refundable because once that date is set and booked for you I cannot use it for any other clients.
What kind of payments do you accept?
Adorje Photography accepts Cash,Zelle and Credit payments.
*Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal(4% card fee applies).

How do I book a photographer for an event?

Is there a travel fee?
Yes there is a travel fee required for all events this fee varies based on the location of the event.
How will it take to get my event images?
Events take about 3-10 days to be posted based on the amount of images that were taken and the amount of events that are booked for that particular week.
How will I receive my images?
When images are ready they will be posted to the events page where you will be able to download, share and archive them.If you would like your galley to be private please be sure to mention that to the photographer in writing via text.
